You will be charged the highest 1 day's rate for your room(s) plus tax if
canceling less than 72 hours from arrival date at 3:00 pm. for ANY REASON!
Reservations are NOT transferable to other persons. Special events (Motorcycle
Rallies, Car Shows, Competitions, Conferences), peak leaf season (October)
and holiday weekends will have a 14 day cancellation period. You may NOT
CANCEL reservations for the 3 queen rooms or the room with king bed, Jacuzzi
and fireplace. These rooms are 1 of a kind.
Cash deposits may be made in cash, money order, or check.
Checks cannot be accepted less than thirty days prior to arrival date.
There are no refunds for early departures.

CHECKIN DATE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY ON YOUR
CREDIT CARD PLUS TAX.
If you have multiple rooms reserved, you will be charged
for the entire stay of the reserved rooms if you want to cancel any said
rooms at check in time. You can not cancel the number of days reserved, as
some dates have a minimum stay requirement. Only registered guests may
utilize Castlewood Inn property.
Check-in at 3:00 PM, Check -out at 11:00 AM
If a room is available,
there is a $10.00 early check in fee before 1:00 pm.
