You will be charged the "averaged out" 1 day's rate for your
room(s) plus tax if canceling less than 72 hours from arrival date at 3:00 pm. Reservations are not transferable to
other persons or dates. Special events (Rallys,
Shows, Competitions), peak leaf season (October) and holiday weekends will
have a 14 day cancellation period.
Cash deposits may be made in cash, money order, or check.
Checks cannot be accepted less than thirty days prior to arrival date. There are no refunds for weather
conditions, change of plans or early departures.

CHECKIN DATE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY ON YOUR
CREDIT CARD PLUS TAX.
If you have multiple rooms reserved, you will be charged
for the entire stay of the reserved rooms if you want to cancel any said
rooms at check in time. You can not cancel the number of days reserved
within your cancellation period.
Check-in at 3:00 PM, Check -out at 11:00 AM
If a room is available,
there is a $10.00 early check in fee before 2:00 pm.
