Reservations made for holidays, weekends, and peak
leaf season will be subject to a two night minimum stay. Reservation
cancellations for groups will be handled on an individual basis.
All other reservations have 72 hour
cancellation period.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Cash deposits may be made in cash, money order, or check. Checks cannot be
accepted less than thirty days prior to arrival date. There are no refunds for weather
conditions, change of plans or early departures.
CANCELLATIONS
WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD (72 HOURS) WILL BE CHARGED 1 NIGHT ROOM
RENTAL PLUS TAX.
NO-SHOWS ON
CHECKIN DATE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY ON YOUR
CREDIT CARD PLUS TAX.
If you have multiple rooms reserved, you will be charged
for the entire stay of the reserved rooms if you want to cancel any said
rooms at check in time. Early departures are considered cancellations of
reserved days and are subject to the appropriate nightly charges. You can
not cancel the number of days reserved within your cancellation period.
Check-in at 3:00 PM, Check -out at 11:00 AM
Early check in
before 2:00 PM, if available will be charged $10.00 at check in time.
